He gained experience carrying out projects in the field of communication and technology. Mateusz spends his free time kayaking, constructing furniture or wandering around the world. She has practically always been involved in marketing and advertising. Urszula has been supervising various advertising projects conducted on television, radio, press and social media for well-known Polish and international brands, including: LG, Coca-Cola HBC, Rodowita, Intersport, Polomarket, Bielenda, Bell, Oceanic, Velvet, Tchibo, Omega Perrigo, Teva, PZ Cussons, Amway, Echo Investment, Konfitur-fix, Fervex, DOZ pharmacies, Prima, TantumVerde, Mlekowita, Tefal, Moulinex, Krups. Her portfolio also includes projects for local governments, such as the anti-smog campaign for the Silesia Province.
She enjoys sharing her knowledge, giving speeches and training client teams. Urszula is addicted to keeping up with consumer trends.
She loves to feel the space, hence her love for travelling, especially mountain hiking, fast driving and motorcycling. She is interested in architecture and art, and likes to read English-language crime fiction in her free time. DIY is her element and technical issues have always fascinated her.

In the digital industry since 2007. I gained my first experience in this field at Onet’s editorial office.
In Cracow’s advertising agencies I was responsible for the digital area, from banner campaigns, through social media, to the implementation of websites or mobile applications. I developed comprehensive campaign strategies and creative concepts. I have worked for FMCG, retail, courier, catering, financial industries, as well as foundations and public entities.
I like strategic and creative challenges as well as solutions that combine offline and online elements. Recently I’ve become more involved in content, SEM and analytics. I’m fascinated by the impact of technology on humanity. I stand on the ethical side of marketing.
I’ve been playing RPG for many years; I started with Warhammer and now I’m exploring new trends and systems; I’m also an AFOL (Adult Fan Of Lego).
Head of Design
She is a multi-talented artist and a renaissance woman. Martyna designs graphics, UX and anything else you ask her to, but mobile applications give her the most satisfaction. In her free time, she pursues her musical interests by playing ukulele, singing and writing lyrics. She doesn’t do anything by halves, she is 100% committed to everything she takes on and always stays creative. Are you wondering how is it possible? Simply put, Martyna is a natural-born taskmaster, her Asana is getting hot with closing the tasks. She likes everything black: glasses, humor and clothes. If these dark elements are missing it means she’s sad. Fortunately, this happens really rarely.

I studied Environmental Engineering at AGH, but already during my studies I attended courses in Internet marketing and got an internship in Digital Marketing and Analytics at Skalski Growth. There I gained my first experience in analyzing market and competitive data, preparing landing pages, creating graphics, managing social media and preparing first campaigns. After the internship I became Growth Marketing Specialist in the same company. I managed paid campaigns in social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), Google Ads campaigns, mailing campaigns. I put great emphasis on data acquisition, research and analysis. That’s when I started my adventure with A/B testing and marketing automation. I gained experience in growth marketing and many different internet marketing activities. I started working as an SEM Specialist & Digital Analyst at Ivision.pl agency, where I managed and optimized all types of Google Ads campaigns and gained knowledge in SEO. I developed my competences in web analytics by implementing analytics for clients’ websites and stores, analyzing data and doing implementation audits.
Having 4 years of experience in many areas of online marketing with a focus on growth and performance marketing, as well as web analytics, I started to support KISS digital on growth marketing for their clients.
I have worked for companies in many different industries, including: Printbox, Parkalot, VirtusLab, Pigeon, Zdrowie w Firmie, Subaru Import Polska, Gree, Purella, CMA, Jestem w Bajce, olini.pl, Big Rig World, Anna Starmach, Noble Optic House, Museum of illusions Kraków.

Senior Creative Designer
Artistic and rebellious soul inhabiting a body full of tattoos. Łukasz is a multidisciplinary artist, he’s a great drawer, designer and animator. If that’s not enough, he can make a lamp out of a dinosaur. He is the author of spectacular posters inspired by Polish school, which decorate our office. He wears a hat all year round: a baseball cap in the summer and a woolen one in the winter. Some say this is how he keeps millions of ideas from getting out of his head. Others say that he is an alien and this is how he hides his green antennae. Sometimes he is late for work (but he always manages to do what needs to be done). Maybe it is because a day on Mars is 40 minutes longer.
The goal of each of us is simple – do a great job and become better and better in our profession.
Senior Graphic Designer
An expert in User Experience. He will design even the most complex system in such a way that you will never get lost in it, and it will look really nice at the same time. Programming is Karol’s hobby as a way to make his life easier. He likes playing Carcassonne board game, but he doesn’t like counting points, so he created his own mobile application for that. Always calm and composed.
My background is in graphic design and theater studies. Initially I wanted to work as a publication designer but I found web design more interesting and that is how I ended up at KISS digital. I feel best in illustration, I am also interested in UX/UI.
After work I draw, learn design, look at pretty things, go to art galleries. I hang around different cities looking for cool architecture. Besides, I like to read, but I guess everyone likes to read.
I’ve been raised in a human environment since the very beginning. During my Digital Design studies I had a graphic design internship here. I enjoyed the diversity of the projects, I liked the people and the atmosphere at work, so I decided to stay. I could prove myself in different areas: animation, web or app design. I liked moving images around, but I definitely felt better in the area of experience design for digital products.
Finding solutions to improve usability and then consulting and testing ideas with the team is the area that interests me most. To keep creativity at bay, I relax by traveling. I prefer hiking in the mountains, necessarily with an overnight stay under the stars. My love for nature drove my interest in herbal medicine and treating illnesses through natural remedies.
Moja kariera projektanta swe początki ma w czasach studiów architektoniczno-urbanistycznych, kiedy tworzyłem projekty wnętrzarskie. Równolegle realizowałem się jako zawodowy snowboardzista, zdobywając podia w Polsce i za granicą. Nie porzuciłem projektowania – mój zawodowy debiut w designie to projekt logotypu dla marki Rubbish – ekologicznych toreb szytych z bannerów. Kolejnym etapem było tworzenie na potrzeby sfery digital w agencji konsultingowej KOPP&HAGEN, w której obsługiwałem m.in. butikowy hotel Harnaś należący do Bukovina Resort. Współpracę z tym klientem kontynuowałem potem w agencji W2M – projekty dotyczyły głównie brandingu i serwisu internetowego. W W2M pracowałem też dla Plaro tworząc identyfikację wizualną dla marki obuwia, stronę internetową, a nawet kilka modeli par butów! A buty niezwykłe to są, bo z dożywotnią gwarancją. Ponadczasowe i eleganckie! Takie rzeczy lubię.

IT Account Executive in the sales department. Meetings, presentations, finalizations and paperwork, i.e. closing contracts for great projects, these are her main tasks.
She schedules meetings, gathers information and fosters good relationships with contractors. Her job is all about acquiring clients and keeping in touch with them.
Magda is working on growing the KISS project base and mastering the management of supporting companies and startups from different time zones to perfection.
Her previous work experience also includes sales – customer service in foreign markets for a large cable manufacturing company.

Bartosz, po studiach informatycznych i pracy jako programista, szybko przekonał się, że lepiej idzie mu rozmowa z ludźmi niż z komputerami i został Project Managerem.
Po prawie 6 latach pracy przy produkcji oprogramowania śledczego, szukając nowych wyzwań – dołączył do KISS digital. Tutaj szybko pokazał się jako mistrz wielowątkowości, w magiczny sposób wytwarzający w swoich zespołach atmosferę luźną i profesjonalną jednocześnie.
Po godzinach szlifuje swoje umiejętności oglądając filmy podczas równoczesnego grania na konsoli, a także występując z komedią improwizowaną na krakowskich scenach.
I started my professional career as a software developer, but quickly realized that my organizational skills would yield greater results elsewhere. I began to explore project management at university and as an assistant to experienced project managers.
At KISS digital, I’ve been focused on mobile apps since the beginning, from small games for kids, through loyalty programs, to social media apps.
I’m passionate about the Agile approach and the Scrum framework, eager to share my knowledge on this subject and enthusiastic about working on organizational change.
I also develop physical agility by practicing Ashtanga Yoga and joyfully dancing at Zumba class. When I’m in a less dynamic mood, I design and sew clothes for myself and my friends.
